Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist

📋 Description

• Oversee complex billing, collections and cash application.
• Escalate billing discrepancies, disputed invoices and delinquent accounts.
• Ensure accurate invoice generation across global entities.
• Collaborate with Revenue Accounting, Sales and Order Management to resolve issues.
• Monitor aging balances and high-risk accounts; coordinate actions per policy.
• Lead or contribute to monthly AR close activities.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-6 years of AR/billing/collections experience, SaaS or global environment preferred.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end AR processes (billing, collections, cash application, month-end close).
• Experience resolving complex or escalated customer/system issues with minimal supervision.
• Analytical skills to analyze aging trends, reconcile balances and identify root causes.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or combination with experience).
