π― Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; education + experience considered.
- Professional level Japanese (written and spoken) and intermediate English proficiency.
- 3 years of technical sales, support, or services experience.
- Knowledge of MDM, endpoint management, IAM, and network tech (VPN, ZTNA, SD-WAN).
- Exposure to Jamf products and architecture tools (Preferred).
- Proficiency with Apple tech (MacOS and iOS) and MDM (preferred).
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Travel up to 30% internationally.
