Procurement Analyst

📋 Description

• Assist procurement with vendor management and licensing needs.
• Handle hardware purchasing and contingent worker onboarding.
• Provide datasets for application rationalization to cut costs.
• Set up review processes, negotiate contracts, and issue purchase orders.
• Collaborate with Finance and procurement leads across departments.
• Maintain updated systems and documentation for procurement.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years data analysis using Excel or Tableau.
• 2+ years documenting licenses in Confluence/SharePoint.
• 1+ year procurement or vendor management.
• 1+ year advanced Excel with pivot tables.
• 1+ year creating requisitions/POs in Concur/Oracle/Workday (Preferred).
• Excellent analytical skills to provide insights to mgmt based on data; strong communication.
• 4 Year / Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields (Required).
