🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years of professional IT experience in enterprise or internal IT environments
- Experience managing or working closely with Managed Service Providers (MSPs)
- Strong proficiency in Windows system administration
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 / Office 365
- Experience supporting Salesforce and SharePoint environments, including permissions and configuration
- Experience administering JD Edwards (JDE) access and provisioning
