📋 Description

  • Own day-to-day internal IT support and the user request ticket queue
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal technology issues
  • Lead onboarding and offboarding, including access provisioning and workflow improvements
  • Administer user access across JD Edwards, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and SharePoint
  • Lead Windows system administration across desktops and enterprise environments
  • Lead AI initiatives, including Copilot deployment, training, documentation, and policy development

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional IT experience in enterprise or internal IT environments
  • Experience managing or working closely with Managed Service Providers (MSPs)
  • Strong proficiency in Windows system administration
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 / Office 365
  • Experience supporting Salesforce and SharePoint environments, including permissions and configuration
  • Experience administering JD Edwards (JDE) access and provisioning
