Who We're Looking For

We’re on the hunt for a Senior Data Engineer who thrives in building efficient, scalable, and reliable data pipelines. You’re a self-starter who can take ownership of projects, translate complex business needs into clean datasets, and optimize workflows for performance. If you’re strong in BigQuery, Python, and SQL, and love solving problems with data, this might be your next big move. Bonus points if you have experience designing APIs and integrating external data sources.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Build, maintain, and optimize scalable data pipelines in BigQuery
  • Write clean, efficient Python and SQL code to support ETL/ELT workflows
  • Design and implement data models that balance performance and scalability
  • Integrate data from various sources, including APIs and external systems
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and analytics teams
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across the organization
  • Drive automation, efficiency, and reliability in data processes
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the growth of our data engineering best practices
Some Must-Haves:

  • 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering or related roles
  • Strong hands-on expertise with BigQuery, Python, and SQL
  • Proven ability to design, optimize, and maintain data workflows
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for clean, maintainable code
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in distributed teams
  • Self-starter mindset—comfortable working with minimal supervision

Where We're Looking For It: Latin America or United StatesOpen to 100% Fully Remote

Other Information

The work hours will be approximately 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST, depending on workload, with the occasional late night when a tight deadline calls for it. We work for security-conscious clients, thus background checks will be required.
