📋 Description

  • Incident Manager for high-severity incidents; organize bridges/war rooms; rapid triage and timely decisions.
  • Classify, prioritize, and escalate incidents by impact and urgency.
  • ITSM governance: enforce ITIL-aligned Incident and Problem Management practices.
