  • Deliver high-quality IT technical services to clients.
  • Provide consulting, on-site or remote troubleshooting.
  • Support clients with various network technologies.
  • Handle installation, integration, and migrations.

  • Occasional on-site visits (<5%).

🎯 Requirements

  • 3-5 years’ experience as a Support Specialist.
  • Troubleshoot, analyze, and configure VMware, O365, backups, desktops, Windows.
  • Experience with Microsoft, Mac, and virtualization services.
  • Plan and execute hardware/firmware upgrades, including patching.
  • Intune, ConnectWise, Automate, or N-Able experience is a plus.
  • 2+ years in a customer-facing role; MSP preferred.
