🎯 Requirements

  • 2-3 years’ experience as a Systems Engineer.
  • Troubleshoot and configure VMware, O365, backups, Windows.
  • Proficient with Microsoft, Mac, and virtual services.
  • Plan hardware/firmware upgrades, including patching.
  • Knowledge of networks, protocols, and remote management.
  • Strong ticketing and tracking experience.
  • 2+ years in a customer-facing role; MSP preferred.
  • 2+ years working with SaaS products.
