ITAR Program Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee Axon's ITAR compliance program.
• Manage ITAR licensing and product classifications.
• Develop and enforce ITAR policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with R&D, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, InfoSec on ITAR.
• Lead investigations and reporting of suspected ITAR violations.
• Maintain records and coordinate with BIS, DDTC and other authorities.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years ITAR experience (EAR exp a plus)
• Strong written communication skills
• Familiarity with global trade regulatory programs
• Knowledge of ITAR/Dept of State, EU dual-use, UK BAFA
• Multi-national supply chain experience
• Cloud-based data management and coordination skills
