IT Workplace Support Technician

📋 Description

• Install and configure hardware, software, networking, and A/V in Paris.
• Provide first-line IT support and set up new colleagues quickly.
• Maintain office IT including meeting rooms, events, and moves.
• Manage office IT assets and regular checks for functionality.
• Support global IT tickets via system or Slack; assist network engineers.
• Help colleagues worldwide by hands-on IT support and collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

• On-site in Paris every day.
• Fluent in French and English; IT lingo.
• Troubleshoot Windows and Mac; app support (plugins, patches, drivers).
• Experience with Google Workspace, Jamf, Intune, CrowdStrike, Office 365, Slack, Freshservice.
• OneLogin/SSO experience; basic networking knowledge.
• Quick learner, independent, and globally aware.
