π― Requirements
- Previous experience in a Service Desk/Help Desk/IT support role
- Solid ITSM concepts: Incident, Request, Change
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and cloud services
- Experience with remote desktop tools (RDP, BeyondTrust/Bomgar)
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotation
