📋 Description

  • Provide expert technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and enterprise systems.
  • Resolve incidents during business hours and on-call, following escalation procedures.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years as IT Analyst/Desktop Support in a corporate environment.
  • Experience with Windows and macOS and mobile devices.
  • Strong Active Directory administration and user access governance.
  • Networking basics: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewalls.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace admin.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
