  • IT Support Specialist with 4+ years' experience in enterprise LAN/WAN/VPN/Wireless.
  • Tier II support, hardware/software troubleshooting, upgrades and imaging.
  • Local IT contact for a site; coordinate with global/remote teams.
  • Strong communication, problem solving, and ability to work independently.
  • Experience with Windows 11, Office365, Teams, Autopilot/SCCM, ServiceNow.
  • VPN connectivity experience and remote access tools (RDP/TeamViewer).

  • 4+ years in enterprise IT supporting LAN/WAN/Wireless for office and remote users.
  • Excellent customer service; able to work alone and with remote teams.
  • Degree in CS or IT desired (or equivalent experience).
  • CompTIA A+ or MCP certifications desired.
  • Hands-on with Windows 11, Office365, Teams, Autopilot/SCCM, ServiceNow.
  • Active Directory, Group Policy, and VPN tools experience.
