IT Administration & Endpoint Management across macOS/iOS and Windows 11
Provision, configure, and maintain endpoints via MDM (Intune, NinjaOne)
Manage device lifecycle: imaging, enrollment, patching, retirement, asset tracking
Administer Okta IdP and Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Azure AD)
Enforce MFA, Conditional Access, and least-privilege access
Own Keeper Password Manager: vaults, RBAC, policy enforcement
Tier 2/3 helpdesk escalation for macOS/Windows issues; build self-service docs

🎯 Requirements

3–6 years IT administration and/or security operations experience
Hands-on macOS and Windows endpoint mgmt at scale; MDM (Apple Business Manager, Intune)
SSO/OAuth and general IAAA access control
Microsoft 365 admin: Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Azure AD, CA, Defender
Datadog for monitoring; log management; write log queries
Keeper or similar enterprise password manager experience
