🎯 Requirements

  • Google Workspace administration (user mgmt, Drive, security)
  • Jira Service Management (or similar SLA management)
  • Slack and Zoom administration
  • Onboarding and offboarding processes, translate business needs into tech requirements
  • Experience building automations with workflow tools (Okta Workflows, Zapier, Make)
