Manage day-to-day IT operations, including hardware inventory, procurement, and lifecycle management
Provide technical support to staff to maintain productivity
Monitor and secure office networking across locations
Administer identity stack: SSO/SAML, MDM, RADIUS, directory services
Implement infrastructure-as-code for access controls
Drive GDPR readiness and other compliance efforts

🎯 Requirements

5+ years IT systems engineering with security/compliance
Strong network administration knowledge
Hands-on SSO, MDM, and directory services at scale
Declarative configuration and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform); CI/CD
Experience with ISO 27001, SOC 2, or Cyber Essentials
GDPR data protection understanding
