🎯 Requirements
- A proven track record in IT support, Tech Ops or EUC.
- Comfortable administering Apple/macOS environments with JAMF.
- Strong working knowledge of enterprise SaaS platforms (Google Workspace, Slack, Notion).
- Familiarity with security best practices, patch management and strict access control principles.
- Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex tech to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Interest in automation and scripting to optimise processes.
