IT Systems Business Analyst

📋 Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders to document requirements.
• Analyze processes and systems for optimization.
• Develop and present business requirements and proposals.
• Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions.
• Hybrid schedule with in-office days at Addison, Bellevue, Durham, Emeryville, or Reston.
• Write use cases and guide user acceptance testing.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Expertise in data analytics, data pipelines, data warehousing
• Experience with common enterprise technologies (Microsoft, NetSuite, Snowflake, Salesforce, ServiceNow)
• 5+ years of experience in related field
• Understanding of SOX and ITGC compliance
• Excellent communication skills
