📋 Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Analyze business processes to identify improvements and optimization.
• Develop and present detailed business requirements and proposals to support decisions.
• Work with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and monitor solutions.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including process maps, workflows, and reports.
• Write use cases and guide stakeholders through user acceptance testing.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 5+ years of related experience.
• Exceptional BRs and process flows documentation.
• Data analytics, engineering, pipelines, integrations, and data warehousing.
• Translate business needs into technical work across enterprise processes.
• Enterprise tech: Microsoft, NetSuite, Snowflake, Salesforce, ServiceNow.
• Data mapping and data integration experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Understanding of SOX and ITGC compliance.
