- Proven automation that reduces manual work and boosts efficiency.
- Hands-on with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Entra ID/SSO, MDM, ITSM.
- Experience with workflow automation, scripting, APIs, and integration tools (N8N, PowerShell, Bash, Python, REST APIs, Zapier, Make).
- Familiarity with security/compliance tooling (SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI DSS, ISO 27001, GDPR).
