📋 Description

• Design and maintain DISCO's office and Forensics networks; roll out 802.1x.
• Okta administrator for identity and access; manage app integrations and lifecycle.
• Build secure handling procedures for customer data; encryption and chain-of-custody.
• Lead deployment of enterprise AI tooling with secure configurations.
• Create and test disaster recovery playbooks, runbooks, and SOPs.
• Monitor and maintain networks, tooling, and collaboration platforms.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years in IT systems administration or infra mgmt.
• Strong network design, config, and troubleshooting (switches, VLANs, wireless).
• Okta administration: app integrations and lifecycle management.
• Mail flow, backup/recovery, and IaaS basics.
• Highly organized with strong documentation.
• Clear written comms and cross-team collab (Legal, Compliance, Security).
• Strong networking basics: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, 802.1x.
• SaaS administration and privileged access management.
