🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of IT systems, security, or cloud operations
- Strong Microsoft 365 admin skills (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Experience with security platforms: Arctic Wolf, Zscaler, Mimecast, Okta
- Experience with incident response, alerts, monitoring, and remediation
- Vendor management, onboarding/offboarding, and service delivery
- Familiarity with IAM and identity management
