  • Serve as escalation point for the global Service Desk; provide advanced technical support for enterprise apps (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Jamf, Intune, Okta, Zoom, Slack, Github).
  • Coordinate repair and recovery for system failures across Enterprise Tools with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate on critical IT projects; assist with AI tool adoption; coordinate with InfoSec to remediate security gaps.
  • FedRAMP: primary contact for FedRAMP systems; administer the FedRAMP boundary.
  • Asset management and documentation: maintain inventory of endpoints and documentation.

  • Minimum of 5 years of front-line IT support or systems administration.
  • In-depth knowledge of Windows, Android, and Apple ecosystem (Macs, iPhones, iPads).
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Jamf, Intune, Okta, Zoom, Slack, Github.
  • Strong knowledge of IT security best practices and compliance standards.
  • Experience with automation using no-code/low-code platforms such as Okta Workflows or Zapier.
  • ITIL or CompTIA certifications are valuable assets.
