๐ฏ Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of front-line IT support or systems administration.
- In-depth knowledge of Windows, Android, and Apple ecosystem (Macs, iPhones, iPads).
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Jamf, Intune, Okta, Zoom, Slack, Github.
- Strong knowledge of IT security best practices and compliance standards.
- Experience with automation using no-code/low-code platforms such as Okta Workflows or Zapier.
- ITIL or CompTIA certifications are valuable assets.
