📋 Description

• Engage stakeholders to securely implement and maintain corporate apps.
• Implement and maintain IT tools for operational efficiency and automation.
• Ensure security/compliance; future-proof automations, MDM, networks.
• Streamline access management workflows with Workday data and Okta.
• Build and test workflows in iPaaS tooling (Zapier) to automate processes.
• Create, maintain IT standards, procedures, and documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years IT in a high-growth/tech company; 2+ years AV at onsite events.
• Proven track record deploying cloud apps and automations for access/security/collaboration.
• Strong communication and relationships across levels; influence without authority.
• Experience leading large IT projects with planning and thorough docs.
• Onboarding/offboarding knowledge; translate to hardware/software needs.
• Experience with collaboration tools: Google Workspace, Okta, Zoom, Slack, Jira.
