- 5+ years in Global IT Service Desk support.
- 5+ years supporting Mac and Windows devices.
- 5+ years managing user access in SaaS environments.
- Experience with video conferencing systems.
- ITIL mindset with strong teamwork and communication.
- Proficient with Google Workspace, Slack, JIRA, MS O365.
- Jamf and/or Intune experience; scripting (Bash/Python) a plus.
