  • Proactively improve IT services with data-driven decisions.

  • Document solutions and share knowledge with the team.
  • Prioritize customer-first experience in a fast-paced environment.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 5+ years in Global IT Service Desk support.
  • 5+ years supporting Mac and Windows devices.
  • 5+ years managing user access in SaaS environments.
  • Experience with video conferencing systems.
  • ITIL mindset with strong teamwork and communication.
  • Proficient with Google Workspace, Slack, JIRA, MS O365.
  • Jamf and/or Intune experience; scripting (Bash/Python) a plus.
