  • Provide IT Service Desk support for corporate devices, systems, and apps.
  • Configure and enforce security policies across services.
  • Administer antivirus, backups, and disaster recovery.
  • Manage access control and user provisioning/de-provisioning.
  • Maintain networks and VPNs; support office and remote access.
  • Resolve IT Service Desk requests with SLA targets and maintain knowledge base.

  • 4+ years as System Administrator in IT or software
  • Deep privilege-based access management knowledge
  • Proficient in MacOS and Windows
  • MDM/centralized management: Jamf, Intune, AD, Zoho ManageEngine
  • Experience with SaaS stacks: GSuite, Slack, Zoom, Salesforce, Atlassian
  • SSO protocols LDAP, SAML, OAuth; English: upper-intermediate
