  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 0-2 years Help Desk experience
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking
  • Familiarity with Windows, MacOS, and MS Office
  • Experience with remote desktop tools such as RDP or TeamViewer
  • Experience managing user accounts in Google Workspaces
  • Basic understanding of networking principles
  • IT certifications (A+, Sec+, Net+, MCSA) preferred
