- 2-3 years IT support experience in a corporate environment
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting Active Directory and Entra environments
- Hands-on experience with Zendesk, Salesforce or other similar platforms
- Preferred: CompTIA A+/Network+/Microsoft 365; IT degree preferred
