- Proficiency with Windows 11 and macOS administration; endpoint security; drivers/firmware; device management tooling (Jamf and Intune).
- Hands-on networking fundamentals, VPN clients, and SSO/MFA troubleshooting.
- Demonstrated inventory management practices with organized data in spreadsheets.
