🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years in technical desktop/endpoint support with Tier 2 ownership.
  • Experience with ITSM ticketing, SLAs, change controls, and docs.
  • Proficiency with Windows 11 and macOS, endpoint security, Jamf and Intune.
  • Networking fundamentals, VPN, SSO/MFA troubleshooting.
  • Inventory management exp; organize data in spreadsheets.
