  • Provide Tier 1–2 deskside/remote support for Windows and Mac endpoints.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, OS, drivers, network, VPN, SSO, and productivity tools.
  • Deploy and manage laptops/desktops with MDM (Intune, Jamf) lifecycle.
  • Manage on-site inventory; coordinate with ITAM; maintain runbooks.
  • Own IT onboarding; ensure gear, access, and AV setup for events.
  • Document root causes; maintain knowledge base; escalate with engineering.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years in desktop/endpoint support with Tier 2 ownership.
  • Experience with ITSM tools, SLA adherence, and change processes.
  • Proficient in Windows 11, macOS, endpoint security; Jamf/Intune.
  • Networking basics, VPN, SSO/MFA troubleshooting.
  • Proven inventory management; organize data in spreadsheets.
  • Strong customer-service orientation and collaboration.
