🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years in desktop/endpoint support with strong customer service and Tier 2 ownership.
  • Experience with ITSM/ticketing, SLA adherence, and change processes; solid docs.
  • Proficiency with Windows 11/macOS; endpoint security; device mgmt tools (Jamf, Intune).
  • Networking fundamentals, VPN clients, SSO/MFA troubleshooting.
  • Inventory management experience; organized data in spreadsheets.
