  • Identity and Access Management for software stack
  • Provision/deprovision and license/group assignments during onboarding/offboarding
  • IT/IAM tickets; troubleshoot and manage apps (Google Workspace, Slack, Okta, Zendesk, Zoom)
  • Availability to work Saturday to Wednesday
  • Weekly onboarding support for new hires
  • Manage Windows and Microsoft devices

  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • IT experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong technical skills to analyze, troubleshoot OS, MDM, and cloud apps
  • Basic scripting: GAM, PowerShell, Bash
  • Ability to handle 40+ tickets daily and prioritize
  • Understanding of interdepartmental relations
