🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years in IT Support/Help Desk/deskside
  • Experience with MacOS, SaaS apps, and basic A/V
  • Strong troubleshooting; independent problem solver
  • Proficient with Jira, Slack, Zoom, Notion, FleetDM
  • Clear written and verbal communication; organized
  • Office-based; hands-on support; travel 1-2x/yr
