🎯 Requirements

Recently graduated from IT, CS, or Network Administration.
1-2 years IT support/systems experience; internships valued.
In-office IT support in Windows (10/11) environment.
Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook/Teams/OneDrive/SharePoint) and basic admin.
Understanding of user access controls, permissions, and cybersecurity basics.
Familiarity with system backups and recovery concepts.
