  • Providing IT support to users on-site and remotely

  • Hold a BTS, BA (Hons), or equivalent IT degree
  • 2+ years IT support experience
  • Hands-on with Azure AD, Intune, and Google Workspace
  • Network configuring/troubleshooting (Cisco Meraki)
  • Fluent in English
