🎯 Requirements
- Bachelors in IT/CS and 3-5 years in enterprise IT support.
- Windows 10/11 and macOS administration; strong M365 support.
- Intune/Endpoint Manager and Autopilot provisioning.
- Azure AD / AD DS, MFA, Conditional Access, and M365 licensing.
- TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP; VPN client knowledge and endpoint connectivity.
- PowerShell scripting; log analysis. Certifications: A+/Network+/Security+, MD-102, AZ-104.
