  • Deploy and manage identity, access, and device management for macOS, Windows, and Linux.
  • Build and maintain standard OS images for Windows, macOS, and Ubuntu Linux.
  • Enforce software update policies, patch management, and EDR deployment.
  • Implement application allowlisting/blocklisting and manage software licensing.
  • Own and administer the Service Management Help Desk with SLAs and routing.
  • Serve as Tier 1/2 support for hardware, OS, and software across teams.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3–5 years of IT support in a multi-OS environment
  • JumpCloud, Jamf, Intune, or Kandji (JumpCloud preferred)
  • Admin-level proficiency in macOS, Windows 10/11, and Ubuntu/Debian Linux
  • Experience managing patch cycles and EDR deployment
  • Google Workspace administration
  • Jira Service Management experience
