- Strong problem solver who takes ownership over resolution
- Ability to prioritize work with minimal supervision
- Friendly, concise, and professional communication
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
- Flexible schedule (possible evenings, weekends, on-call, or overtime)
