- On-site: Seattle office, 2+ days/week; Tukwila support as needed.

🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years IT end-user support experience.
- Support Seattle and Tukwila offices.
- On-call after-hours and weekend rotation.
- Troubleshoot OS/app issues: Windows 11, Mac, Linux.
- Troubleshoot Wi-Fi and wired networking.
- Scripting with PowerShell, Python, Bash; Office 365, Azure, Intune experience.
