  • Support core IT platforms: user support, ticketing, asset deployment, provisioning.
  • Own escalations as IT support across multiple apps in our tech stack.
  • Document and update IT processes and procedures.
  • Complete and document assigned projects with updates.
  • Improve IT efficiency by implementing new processes and automation.
  • Collaborate across IT and act as ambassador to internal stakeholders.

  • Undergraduate degree or higher, or relevant experience.
  • Experience on a high-volume ticketing system (+4000 PM).
  • 5+ years administering and maintaining ITSM systems and tools.
  • In-depth knowledge troubleshooting macOS, Chrome OS, VPNs, and SaaS apps (Okta, Google Workspaces, Slack, Zoom, O365).
  • Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation.
  • Working knowledge securing endpoints using JAMF, Airwatch, and InTune.
