- Undergraduate degree or higher, or relevant experience.
- Experience on a high-volume ticketing system (+4000 PM).
- 5+ years administering and maintaining ITSM systems and tools.
- In-depth knowledge troubleshooting macOS, Chrome OS, VPNs, and SaaS apps (Okta, Google Workspaces, Slack, Zoom, O365).
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation.
- Working knowledge securing endpoints using JAMF, Airwatch, and InTune.
