🎯 Requirements
- 12-24 months of IT experience
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
- Communicate effectively with remote team members
- Troubleshoot issues, identify root cause, resolve
