  • Support and enhance IT policies and practices.
  • Provide on-site and remote training and troubleshooting of IT systems.
  • Manage installations, upgrades, and configurations of hardware and software.
  • Administer a multi-platform base: Mac (OSX) with JAMF and Windows PCs.
  • Manage Okta and JAMF operations and integrate Okta with new software.
  • Troubleshoot IT equipment issues (mobile devices, laptops, network, VPN).
