- 3+ years IT Helpdesk or Technical Support experience.
- Expert-level macOS proficiency; solid Windows 11 knowledge.
- Jira Service Management or other ticketing-system experience.
- Strong Google Workspace administration experience.
- Working knowledge of Okta, Zscaler, and Cisco Meraki systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
