🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a similar IT role
- Experience supporting remote and in-person Mac environments
- Comfortable managing IT operations
- Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, Kandji/iru, Jira, Confluence, 1Password
- Enjoy helping non-technical teammates with clear communication
- Proactive mindset: automate workflows; scripting bonus
