Troubleshoot hardware, software, VPN (OpenVPN), and cloud service issues.
Maintain SOPs for IT systems and user support.

🎯 Requirements

2+ years IT support or systems admin in Mac-only remote-first.
Google Workspace admin with SSO; Office 365; Zoom; Atlassian; GitHub.
Kandji MDM and Bitdefender endpoint protection.
Scripting or programming language experience.
Familiarity with SOC 2 Type 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS.
Strong IAM, communication skills; self-starter in remote work.
