- Onsite role in SoHo office; Mon-Thu; occasional Friday
- Own end-to-end IT onboarding and offboarding
- Manage internal IT helpdesk with SLA targets via Slack and Jira
- Administer identity and access management; Manage endpoint fleet using MDM
- Inventory, configure hardware including laptops, peripherals, and office A/V
- Create and maintain IT documentation, runbooks, and self-service FAQs
- Identify patterns in ticket data and build automations or self-service workflows
π― Requirements
- 3+ years of IT experience in a SaaS environment
- Demonstrated ability to work in a customer-centric environment
- Understanding of networking, encryption, and access control fundamentals
- Experience administering cloud-native access control systems (Okta, G Suite)
- Experience supporting in-office and remote workforce
- Experience managing and configuring SaaS applications
