Provide on-site IT support: access management, onboarding, offboarding
Manage IT systems: Google Workspace SaaS, Apple laptops (JAMF), PCs (Intune)
Facility IT: Cisco Meraki, desk power, peripherals, conference room AV with Google Meet/Logitech
Integrate product with client IT teams (SSO/SAML)
Manage routing and ACLs with Tailscale
Develop and implement IT policies and procedures; stay updated with tech trends

🎯 Requirements

2+ years of experience in managing IT systems
Experience with Google Workspace, Terraform, and JAMF
Experience with InTune, Duo, Azure, Google Cloud networking, and Tailscale
Experience with setting up and managing site-to-site VPNs
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
