- 1-3 years IT support experience (service desk, desktop, or infra).
- Post-secondary diploma/degree in CS, IT, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, Linux/Ubuntu and Google Workspace administration.
- Familiarity with LAN/WAN concepts and ability to diagnose connectivity issues.
- Excellent communication and ability to engage with all organizational levels.
- IT certifications (CompTIA A+/Network+ or ITIL Foundations) valued.
