  • Provide end-user computing support across Geotab offices and remote workers.
  • Install and upgrade workstations (Windows/Mac/Linux/ChromeOS) and peripherals.
  • Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and mobile devices; patch management.
  • Onboard/offboard employees; ship and receive IT equipment.
  • Maintain printers, scanners, badge access, and meeting room tech.
  • Support IT asset inventory and lifecycle for corporate devices.

  • 1-3 years IT support experience (service desk, desktop, or infra).
  • Post-secondary diploma/degree in CS, IT, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, Linux/Ubuntu and Google Workspace administration.
  • Familiarity with LAN/WAN concepts and ability to diagnose connectivity issues.
  • Excellent communication and ability to engage with all organizational levels.
  • IT certifications (CompTIA A+/Network+ or ITIL Foundations) valued.
