  • Provide first-class customer service help desk support.
  • 1st line Windows and Mac OS X support.
  • Serve as escalation point for all requests/tickets.
  • Perform hands-on fixes: install/upgrade software, hardware, backups, and configs.
  • Monitor/test fixes to ensure resolution.
  • Access updates, drivers, knowledge bases, and FAQs to aid resolution.

🎯 Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware.
  • Strong knowledge of desktop and server operating systems.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, Windows and Mac OS.
  • Prior application support experience with programming languages.
  • Working knowledge of diagnostic utilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work with peers/internal clients.
