π― Requirements
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware.
- Strong knowledge of desktop and server operating systems.
- Knowledge of MS Office, Windows and Mac OS.
- Prior application support experience with programming languages.
- Working knowledge of diagnostic utilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work with peers/internal clients.
